National Principals Month

Celebrating Our School Leaders

October is National Principals Month, a time to recognize and honor the incredible work of school leaders across the country. Here at CKHS, we are proud to celebrate the dedication, leadership, and care of our administrative team:
  • Principal Alex Chertok
  • Assistant Principal Katie Kiyimba
  • Assistant Principal Earle McWright
Their commitment to student success, staff support, and creating a positive school environment does not go unnoticed. Whether it's guiding academic programs, fostering a strong school culture, or supporting day-to-day operations, their leadership makes a meaningful impact on our entire school community.

Please join us in thanking them for their hard work and unwavering dedication!

Impact Aid

American flag draped over a dark background with text encouraging form completion.
Every year, Central Kitsap School District applies for federal Impact Aid funding. These funds compensate CKSD for the loss of local tax dollars from tax exempt federal property.

The results of our Impact Aid survey help support our request for these federal funds. This survey is critical to our district’s resources for students.

Please complete this form as soon as possible. Log into PowerSchool Parent Portal to access the online forms for your students. You can learn more at https://www.ckschools.org/impactaid or email ImpactAid@ckschools.org with your questions. Thank you for your cooperation!
